Electrolyte+ is a fully transparent, non-patented electrolyte and hydration supplement with effective doses, part of the Supplement Needs Performance range.
Formulated by Dean St Mart, Electrolyte+ combines three of the body’s most essential electrolytes – 510 mg of potassium, 140 mg of sodium, and 45 mg of magnesium – alongside 500 mg of magnesium taurate, 2.5 g of D-Ribose, and 1 g of creatine monohydrate, all in a convenient 7 g serving size.
Electrolyte+ is specifically designed to help optimize daily hydration.

Note: A common observation is that the product may clump. This is completely normal due to the hygroscopic nature of the ingredients (absorbing moisture from the air). Therefore, it is recommended to store the product in a dry environment, away from humidity and heat. During warm periods, storing it at cooler temperatures, such as in the refrigerator, can help prevent this.
The product may also experience a color change. D-Ribose is known as a reducing sugar that can react, causing the white powder to gradually turn a yellowish color. This does not affect the product’s quality.
Instructions for Use
Electrolyte+ is designed to be used during periods when hydration goals need support.
One serving (7 g) should be mixed with 500 ml of water and ideally consumed upon waking.
An additional serving can be used during periods of mental fatigue, as well as during the peri-workout window.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Ideally, Electrolyte+ can be stacked with Intra EAA+ and Intra Carb+ to provide the foundation for optimal nutrition and hydration recovery.
