- 510mg Potassium
- 140mg Sodium
- 45mg Magnesium

- 500mg Magnesium Taurate

Important Notes:
- The product may clump due to the hygroscopic nature of its ingredients (absorbing moisture from the air). Store in a dry environment, away from heat and humidity. During warmer periods, refrigeration can help prevent clumping.
- The product may change color over time, as D-Ribose—a reducing sugar—can cause the white powder to slowly turn yellow. This does not affect the product’s quality.
Instructions for Use:
- Mix 1 serving (7g) with 500ml water and ideally consume upon waking.
- An additional serving can be used during periods of mental fatigue or within the peri-workout window.
- Do not exceed the recommended dose.
